Beginning Monday June 3, you must access your accounts using Independent Bank systems. For your convenience, we have provided the following conversion-related materials and tips to expedite your transition to Independent Bank.

DEBIT CARD ACTIVATION
You should have received your new Independent Bank debit card. Your Guaranty Bank debit card is no longer active. To activate your new Independent Bank debit card, call 800.992.3808. Follow the system prompts to activate and establish a PIN, then begin using your new Independent Bank debit card.

ONLINE BANKING LOGIN
To access Independent Bank Online Banking, visit ibtx.com, click Online Banking in the upper right-hand corner, then select First Time User. You may log in using your existing Login ID, then you will be prompted to set up a new Password.

MOBILE BANKING
To access your accounts through the Mobile Banking app, you must be enrolled in Independent Bank Online Banking. Then, download the Independent Bank mobile iOS or Android app on your smartphone.

TELEPHONE BANKING
For Independent Bank Telephone Banking, the new number to call is 800.397.6120. When accessing Telephone Banking for the first time, please use your existing account number to log in. You will then be prompted to set up your new Telephone Banking PIN.

Quicken and QuickBooks Users
On or before June 3, 2019, Direct Connect/Express Web Connect users must take action to ensure a smooth transition of your Quicken or QuickBooks products.

Use the following instructions to make changes to your Intuit software:
Mac
QuickBooks Mac: Direct Connect to Direct Connect
Quicken for Mac 2016-2018: Direct Connect to Direct Connect

Windows
QuickBooks for Windows: Direct Connect to Direct Connect
Quicken: Direct Connect to Direct Connect
Quicken: Express Web Connect to Express Web Connect

After completing the migration steps, please carefully review your downloaded transactions to ensure no transactions were duplicated or missed on the register.
